These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of radiantsmartx.com (the “Website”), operated by Radiant Smart X (“Radiant Smart X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Website purpose
The Website provides general information about Radiant Smart X products, solutions, professional services, support, and business opportunities. Website content is informational and does not constitute engineering, electrical, architectural, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
2. Product and project information
Product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, availability, and pricing may change without notice. Images may be illustrative. You are responsible for confirming current specifications, suitability, code requirements, installation conditions, interoperability, and availability before purchasing or specifying a product.

Connected-building, electrical, energy, HVAC, security, and automation products may require assessment and installation by qualified professionals. Our aggregate liability relating solely to the Website will not exceed CAD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Radiant Smart X harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or wrongdoing.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought in the courts of Ontario.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access to the Website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse.
13. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing general use of the Website.
